on a different note. a lot of people are talking about not getting any ramen tickets. they seem to think that you have direct control over who gets ramen tickets...is this truejust a misconception of new players? i"m fairly new to this game myself but i"ve bee around long enough to understand how everything works. i"ve never heard anything about the kage control over ramen tickets.
