i think its funny i got a way to stop v9 so its just os and lighting

as a current neutral shinobi, since when does a haru bloodline go against his own? if kages were to pass down, shouldn"t it be kept within our lines? thats the only way to keep things straight. only then will this village remain strong. we battle ourselves too much that the other villages have stronger shinobi.
