oh and u can get experience by training in the academydoing missions (tip dont do missions until u have atleast 300 stats

u can rank up when u get more experience than the rank higher than u example ur ranked 5th but u want to become 4th if the 4th got 500exp and u got 400exp u only need to get atleast 550exp to rank higher
